  1. Snowmobiling

One of my favorite childhood memories was a family vacation to West Yellowstone at the age of 12. Although West Yellowstone is technically in Montana and Wyoming, Idaho has it’s fair share of great parks to sled! Visit Idaho put together a list of Top 6 Snowmobiling Destinations. Ride on!

  1. Ice Fishing

Lake Pend Oreille near Sandpoint hosts several species of Trout, Perch and Bass among others and is an anglers paradise. For the competitive fisherman in us all, scratch an itch by signing up for two-day Perch Assault tournament on Lake Cascade on February 11-12.  Personally, I’m a Salmon fanatic so we’ll have to wait until the spring for those delicious creatures!
